Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a transparent cancellation and refund process for our global community of collectors and scholars. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement, provided the items have not yet entered our specialized archival packing process.
For returns, customers must notify our support team within 7 days of receipt. Due to the delicate nature of rare editions, items must be returned in their original condition and archival packaging. Once the return is received and verified by our curators, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part during fulfillment.

Rates & Fees: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the curated items and the destination. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders exceeding ₹5000, ensuring our most dedicated collectors are rewarded.
Tracking Your Treasures: Once your order is carefully inspected and dispatched from our stacks, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure tracking number, allowing you to follow your book's journey as it makes its way to your home or office.
